TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

CANCELLATIONS: Melanie Rose Photography has a strict 72 hour cancellation policy, if you decide to cancel your session for any reason within 72 hours of the session time $60 of your session fee payment will be retained if your session cannot be filled, remainder will be refunded.

LATE ARRIVALS: Please ensure you allow enough time to locate, arrive and be ready prior to your session start time. If you are late this will cut into your allocated session time, which cannot be extended.

IMAGES and COPYRIGHTS: Photographs/images produced remain the property of Melanie Rose Photography and that Melanie Rose Photography releases copyright privileges of purchased digital files to the CLIENT. These privileges allow the CLIENT to print, copy and share the images. These privileges do not allow any editing, cropping or manipulation of the images. Where possible or where published the CLIENT will aim to credit Melanie Rose Photography as the photographer.

COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Proof galleries are expected to be ready within 14 days of the session. An email with the link and password to view these proofs will be sent to the nominated email address. The gallery is open for strictly 4 weeks. Extension of the gallery will incur a $25 fee. Purchased and included products are expected to be readied within 21 working days of any payments required. Purchased digital file delivery is expected within this time frame. If orders go uncollected for 4 months the order will be destroyed.
